Founder of Wild Hearts

An organisation helping people come home to themselves through nature.

Wild Hearts is the wider home for Ruben’s work. It gives each field its own shape while keeping the central thread intact: body, relationship, nature, belonging and lived practice.

The thread through it all

Grounded, relational, open to mystery.

The work is practical without becoming mechanical. It makes room for the body, the heart, the spine, the people around us, the natural world and the mystery of life itself.

BodyNotice what is happening.
HeartWork with emotion, need and longing.
SpineStay anchored as life changes.
RelationshipMeet contact, conflict and repair.
NatureLearn from terrain, weather and effort.
MysteryStay in the question without pretending to know.

Scope and responsibility

Care includes knowing the limits of the work.

Ruben’s therapeutic support and programmes have defined scope. They are not crisis care, and medical, psychological or psychiatric referral may be more appropriate. Consent, autonomy and responsibility matter throughout.
