Traveling Through Wild Landscapes
Initiations into Life
+7 day Group Voyages

Awaken Your Inner Wild
Through Movement and Adventure

Some paths take you deeper by standing still; others by walking into the unknown.
Wild Journeys are moving immersions — multi-day expeditions where your outer journey mirrors your inner one.

We travel together through wild landscapes — on foot, by canoe, or across mountain trails — carrying only what’s essential. Each step becomes a dialogue with life, each challenge an initiation, each breath an invitation to meet yourself more fully.

you’re guided to move, feel, release, and reconnect — within a field of shared humanity. The group becomes a living organism where vulnerability becomes courage and authenticity becomes connection.

During our Wild Journeys, you will:

  • Reconnect with your innate aliveness and emotional truth

  • Explore your edges through movement, voice, and relational work

  • Heal within the safety and strength of community

  • Participate in rituals that awaken depth, presence, and belonging

Wild Journeys are multi-day traveling immersions (usually 7–14 days) through wild, remote landscapes. They are both outer expeditions and inner initiations , journeys that reveal who you are when all distractions fall away and only the essentials remain.

What Makes Our
Wild Journeys Wild ?

Wild Journeys are wild because they strip away everything unnecessary.
You carry only what you need — physically and emotionally — and walk toward what’s most real.

Nature becomes both guide and mirror: her vastness invites humility, her silence invites truth, her unpredictability awakens courage.

Each step is a practice in surrender, presence, and aliveness.
As you journey outward, you journey inward — returning not only with memories but with a felt sense of belonging, resilience, and clarity that stays long after the path ends.

The ingredients of

Wild Journeys

A transformative adventure through untamed landscapes, where movement, challenge, and reflection weave into a journey of inner and outer discovery.

Location | Remote and living landscapes such as mountain routes, forest trails, river valleys, or coastal paths — moving day by day, sleeping in huts, camps, simple shelters, or under the stars.

What | 7- to 14-day travelling expeditions where walking, carrying, navigating, and adapting become part of the work. Less controlled, more alive, these journeys ask you to apply presence, emotional hygiene, and relational awareness in real time, as life unfolds on the road.

Content | Daily travel by foot or with pack animals (horses, donkeys), combined with applied circle work, somatic and emotional practices, shared rituals, and periods of solitude. What arises along the way becomes the guide: weather, fatigue, conflict, beauty, and choice.

Physical Level | Moderate to high — depending on terrain, pace, and conditions. Requires basic fitness, adaptability, and willingness to meet the elements and the unknown.

Preparation & Integration | A minimum of 3 online preparation sessions and at least 1 online integration session, with the option for personalized follow-ups.

Connection | Deepen bonds through shared adventure, collective resilience, and raw presence — both with others and with the living world around you.

For You If | You’re drawn to movement, challenge, and honesty. If you want to experience how presence, self-leadership, and heart-connected relating hold up when life is simple, unpredictable, and real.

Types of Journeys | Self-discovery journeys for young adults • Cohesion and trust-building journeys for teams or organisations • Heart-connected leadership expeditions • Rite-of-passage journeys during life transitions • Community-building journeys for intentional groups • Rewilding journeys focused on simplicity, resilience, and shared responsibility.

Foundations and Inspiration

A mix of proven methodologies

Behind everything I offer lies a foundation of practices and methodologies that keep the work safe, deep, and effective.

I draw from a wide range of proven approaches in somatics, psychotherapy, circle work, mindfulness, and depth psychology.

Rather than following one fixed method, I weave these traditions into a living, responsive practice , always guided by the body, the heart, and the moment.

For Organizations

Co-create Transformational Experiences

Wild Hearts collaborates with organizations, schools, communities, and teams that wish to bring depth, connection, and authenticity into their environments.

Whether through a one-day Tribal Gathering, a multi-day Wild Retreat, or a fully immersive Journey in Nature, we design each experience to meet the unique needs of your group. Together, we craft spaces that go beyond training or recreation — into transformation.

Rooted in somatic intelligence, circle work, and the power of shared humanity, our approach strengthens emotional awareness, teamwork, creativity, and genuine connection. The wild outdoors becomes both classroom and catalyst, revealing the natural intelligence that lives within each person — and within the group as a whole

These co-created experiences can serve as:

  • Team or community retreats to deepen trust and collaboration

  • Educational immersions for youth and schools

  • Well-being or leadership programs for professionals

  • Transformational journeys for those seeking authentic connection and renewal

Wild Hearts believes that when groups awaken together, they ripple healing far beyond themselves — into families, organizations, and the collective field we all share.

→ Let’s co-create your experience.

Question?

We’ve got you covered! The most common questions are answered below. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to reach out via email or chat with us directly—we’re here to help!

  • The Free Discovery Call is a 45-minute conversation with a team member, designed to explore where you are in your journey (or where your organisations is) and what you’re longing for. Together, you’ll clarify your needs, intentions, and what kind of experience — Wild Days, Retreats, Journeys, or Ascents — might best support you.
It’s a space to ask questions, feel into resonance, and see if the Wild Hearts approach feels right for you. No pressure, no sales pitch — just an honest human exchange to sense what’s alive and possible.

  • Wild Hearts is a movement of heart-connected group experiences in nature that blend emotional exploration, nature immersion, and authentic human connection. We create spaces for people to reconnect with themselves, others, and the living world — together in nature.

  • Wild Hearts events are not escapes from life — they are returns to life. Every experience is rooted in nature, emotional intelligence, and embodied presence. We don’t teach from theory; we guide you into real, felt experiences of connection, transformation, and belonging.

    • Wild Days — Short 1–3 day workshops and circles combining nature, group resonance, and emotional discovery. Accessible to all.

    • Wild Retreats — Deep-dive immersions (4–10 days) in nature-based centers, focused on heart-centered tribe and transformation.

    • Wild Journeys — Moving experiences through wild landscapes — hiking or walking from place to place in the spirit of pilgrimage and initiation.

    • Wild Ascents — Adventure-based immersions merging mountaineering and inner work. High-intensity, physical, and profoundly awakening.

  • Wild Hearts welcomes anyone ready to reconnect with what’s real — whether you feel called to heal, to grow, to feel more, or to rediscover your place in the greater web of life. All ages and backgrounds are welcome, as long as there’s a genuine willingness to explore with openness and respect.

All of our experiences can also be adapted to the needs and wants of your organisation, school or business.

  • All our experiences are designed to meet you where you are. Some events are beginner-friendly, while others (like Wild Ascents) require more physical and emotional readiness. Each offering clearly mentions the level of intensity, both on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.

  • Nature isn’t just a backdrop — she’s our co-facilitator. Every Wild Hearts experience is guided by the natural world: its rhythms, challenges, and mirrors. Weather, terrain, and the living landscape become part of the learning — teaching us resilience, trust, and flow.

  • Each experience is co-led and/or co-created by a team member of Wild Hearts, often alongside other skilled facilitators, teachers, and guides. Together, they hold grounded, trauma-informed, and heart-centered spaces that honour both safety and transformation.

  • Yes. Wild Hearts regularly co-creates à la carte experiences for communities, schools, and organizations seeking nature-based leadership, team connection, or emotional intelligence development. Visit the “For Organizations” section to learn more or get in touch to co-create your event.

  • Expect to be moved — emotionally, physically, and spiritually. The work can be powerful and sometimes intense, but it’s always held with deep care and respect for your rhythm. Every process is trauma-informed and rooted in choice, consent, and your body’s pace.

  • You can join upcoming events through the Wild Hearts Calendar or stay lightly connected through
“Joining the Wild Tribe”, where you’ll receive only meaningful updates — no spam, no noise.
And always remember: the best way to stay connected… is to step outside in nature...
