Wild Souls · Swiss Alps · A weekend to slow down

A way back to yourself.

A weekend in the Swiss Alps for people who have been carrying too much for too long. Time to breathe, rest and feel like yourself again—in nature and in good company.

Maybe this is familiar

Why we made Wild Souls

When rest no longer feels like rest.

Perhaps you have become very good at carrying on. You answer the messages, make the decisions and look after the people you love. From the outside, life may look fine. Inside, something stays tense.

You sleep, but you do not always wake up rested. The day ends, but your thoughts do not. There is nothing wrong with you. You may simply have had to keep going for too long, with nowhere to put anything down.

You are allowed to stop for a while.

You do not have to hold everything together here.

How we spend the time

Nothing here asks you to become someone else.

We begin with something simple: helping you feel safe enough to slow down.

After months or years of stress, the body can stay alert even when nothing is wrong in this moment. That can look like restless sleep, a busy mind, a tight chest or never quite being able to switch off.

We work with what helps in real life: breathing, movement, honest conversation, quiet, warm food, nature and people who ask nothing from you.

You can speak or stay quiet. Join in or take a moment. Nothing has to be performed.

02

How it unfolds

From Friday to Sunday

A weekend that leaves room.

There is a clear shape to the weekend, but no rush. We tell you what is happening and why. You can take your time.

01

You arrive

We meet, settle in and eat together. We tell you what to expect. Nothing is asked of you beyond arriving.

Friday evening · welcome · dinner · a simple introduction

02

The pace changes

We begin slowly, with gentle movement, a few clear explanations and a first walk outside.

Saturday morning · gentle movement · a guided session · time outdoors

03

You get to know one another

As people relax, conversation becomes more honest. There is room for the group, for nature and for being alone.

Saturday afternoon and evening · group time · nature · rest

04

You take what helps

Before leaving, you choose a few things you want to keep close in ordinary life.

Sunday · reflection · simple practices for home · goodbye

What we actually do

Different ways to slow down.

Some moments use words. Some use movement. Some are simply quiet. You do not need to know how to do any of it beforehand.

What the days are made of

Talking. Moving. Resting.

We explain what we are doing. There is also room to notice what you need.

The world outside

The forest does not need anything from you.

Nature is part of the weekend, not scenery around it.

You notice the air. Your eyes settle on things far away. Your thoughts take up less room. Silence stops feeling empty. For a while, nothing needs an answer.

The mountains do not ask you to explain yourself. The river keeps moving. The trees are not in a hurry. After a while, your body begins to believe it can slow down too.

Where we will be

Somewhere quiet in the Swiss Alps.

We are looking for a simple, welcoming place close to forest, water and mountain paths. Comfortable, responsible and far enough from noise that it becomes easier to rest.

Why we are doing this together.

Agnieszka has spent years listening to what the body says when life has been too much. Ruben has spent years working with people and groups in nature, helping them speak honestly and listen without fixing.

We come from different worlds, but we care about the same thing: meeting people as they are, without making them a problem to solve.

Maybe this is where we meet

Perhaps you know this feeling.

You keep going, even when you are tired.

Your body wants sleep; your mind keeps talking.

You have time off, but rarely feel truly off.

You miss being with people without having to be a version of yourself.

A clear word before you come

What this weekend cannot be.

Wild Souls is not psychotherapy or crisis care, and it cannot replace the medical or mental health support you may need.

It is not a luxury escape or a weekend for becoming more productive.

It is for people who are well enough to join a group and manage their own day-to-day needs while they are here. If you are unsure, we can talk honestly about it.

When you go home

Nothing magical. Something real.

Your life will still be there. But you may meet it differently.

You know what helps you feel safe inside. You notice sooner when things are becoming too much. You have simple ways to come back. Rest feels a little more possible. When life gets rough, you have somewhere inside to stand.

What we will spend time with

What the weekend includes.

The days move between conversation, movement, simple teaching, nature, food and quiet. Each part offers a different way to come back to yourself.

01

Speaking from the heart

We sit in a circle and practise saying what is true without blaming, fixing or performing. We draw from nonviolent communication, Internal Family Systems and parts work, but we speak in ordinary language.

02

Learning what helps your body settle

Through simple movement, breath and attention, you learn what helps when you feel tense, overwhelmed or far away from yourself. These are things you can use on an ordinary Tuesday, not only here.

03

Understanding why you react the way you do

We explain fight, flight, freeze and fawn in language that makes sense. You may begin to see why your body reacts before your mind has caught up.

04

Being here

Short guided meditations help you notice your breath, your body and what is happening now. No special state required.

05

Asking the honest questions

There is time to look at what matters, what keeps returning and what becomes clearer when the noise drops.

06

Silence and doing nothing

Quiet mornings, unplanned time and permission to step away. You do not have to fill every hour.

07

Food that feels good

Warm, nourishing meals, eaten together. Simple food that leaves you feeling well fed and at ease.

08

Outside, whatever the weather

We spend time by water, among trees and on mountain paths. If the place has a sauna or another simple way to warm up and rest, we will make use of it.

You do not need to know any therapeutic language. You can say no, sit something out or ask what is happening. We will not push you.

Before you decide

The useful details.
